Arlington's position — right across the Potomac from Washington DC, threaded by I-66 and I-395, anchored at one end by Reagan National Airport and at the other by the Loudoun County corridor — makes it one of the most complex group transportation markets in the country. Your group might be heading to a Capitals game at Capital One Arena, a show at Wolf Trap, a bachelorette bar crawl through Clarendon, or a corporate shuttle between Crystal City and a DC hotel — all within a 20-minute radius. Getting that right means comparing your options and choosing the right bus, not just going with the first option that picks up the phone.
Washingtonpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare transportation providers throughout the Arlington region. Submit your trip details once, compare your options, and move forward with what fits your group. Call 771-251-4830 to help you figure out the right vehicle and package — or use the 30-second online tool any time to see what’s available.

Available Amenities on Your Arlington Bus Rental
Party buses in the 15- to 50-passenger range typically come loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length onboard bar, Bluetooth sound systems, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — which makes them the right pick for bachelorette nights, birthday runs, and bar crawls through Clarendon. Sprinter vans and Sprinter limos work well for smaller groups that want a cleaner executive feel, with leather seating, USB charging at every seat, and tinted windows. Full-size charter buses include reclining seats, overhead storage, WiFi, power outlets, and undercarriage luggage bays — the right fit for anything from a Pentagon contractor retreat to a school field trip to the National Mall.

How Much Does a Party Bus Cost in Arlington?
Arlington party bus and charter bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need the bus. To give you an idea: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. These are example figures to help you plan — pricing shifts based on your exact date, pickup location, and itinerary.

Compare & Find Your Perfect Party Bus in Arlington
Washingtonpartybuscompany.com is not a local bus company — it’s a website that lets you compare a wide range of bus providers serving Arlington and the entire DC metro region through one form. Instead of calling five companies, waiting on callbacks, and trying to compare quotes that never quite line up, you submit your trip details once and see your options side by side.
Arlington's transportation moves fast and punishes poor planning. Reagan National’s Arrivals lanes run on tight windows. I-66 backs up hard inside the Beltway starting around 4pm every weekday.
Show nights at Wolf Trap slow Route 7 and Leesburg Pike from Vienna back toward the Ballston Metro corridor. A Saturday night in Clarendon puts thousands of people trying to get a rideshare at the same time. The right bus means your group rides together instead of splitting up into cars and rideshares.
When you use Washingtonpartybuscompany.com, you get pricing in under 30 seconds and custom packages like one-ways, round-trips, and multi-day trips available for your group. Call 771-251-4830 to compare party bus rentals, confirm your headcount, and put together a package that fits your timeline and budget. Call anytime!

Arlington Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) sits right in Arlington at 1 Aviation Circle, Arlington, VA 22202 — one of the only major US airports inside a residential county, which makes it extraordinarily close to most Arlington neighborhoods and subject to exactly the same I-395 and GW Parkway traffic patterns as everything else in the area. The airport handles roughly 25 million passengers annually across three terminals (A, B, and C), with commercial ground transportation pickup lanes on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level at each terminal.
The DCA Arrivals curb moves fast — lanes stay busy, and commercial buses need your whole group staged curbside with bags collected before the vehicle arrives. Have everyone assembled and ready before the call goes out. For groups heading to Crystal City hotels, Rosslyn, or Pentagon City from DCA, a private Arlington airport shuttle covers the trip in minutes without Metro connections and luggage transfers through multiple stations.
Review the official DCA ground transportation page before you arrive — it shows the marked charter-bus pickup zones for each terminal, so you know exactly where to have your group waiting. Call 771-251-4830 to check availability for your DCA pickup!

Arlington Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Clarendon’s bar scene along Wilson Boulevard is the natural starting point for a bachelorette night in Arlington — the strip from the Clarendon Metro to Courthouse has enough bars, rooftop decks, and late-night spots to fill an entire evening without leaving a walkable radius. The problem is that parking in Clarendon on a Saturday night is nearly impossible, and rideshare prices spike hard around midnight when everyone in the neighborhood is trying to get home at the same time.
A party bus for your bachelorette keeps the whole crew together from the first stop to the last call — LED lighting, an onboard bar, Bluetooth sound, and no one scrambling for a ride back to the hotel at 2am. Start with rooftop cocktails in Rosslyn with views of the Key Bridge and Georgetown, work east to the Courthouse strip, then cross into DC for a late-night stop at The Anthem or a club in the District. Your schedule, your route. Compare party buses built for a night like this on Washingtonpartybuscompany.com.

Arlington Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Sweet 16s and quinceañera celebrations are a huge part of the Northern Virginia social calendar, and a party bus arrival at your venue is one of the most memorable ways to make the entrance count. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 can be matched to your event’s color theme, and many available vehicles come in white, black, or silver.
Whether the celebration is heading to a banquet hall off Columbia Pike, a restaurant in Ballston Quarter, or a reception venue in Crystal City, Washingtonpartybuscompany.com helps you find the right size bus for your headcount without overpaying for seats you won’t fill. For adult milestone birthdays — a 30th, 40th, or 50th that starts in Clarendon and ends at a DC rooftop — a party bus keeps the group together from pickup to last drop-off and adds a built-in element to the night that everyone remembers. Use the online quote tool to check availability in seconds, or call 771-251-4830 to talk through what you need.
Spring and fall weekends in Northern Virginia fill fast — the more lead time you have, the better your options.

Arlington Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The closest major outdoor concert venue to Arlington is Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts in Vienna — just 12 miles west via I-66 or Route 7 (Leesburg Pike) — and getting there on show nights is genuinely rough if you’re driving yourself. Route 7 through the Tysons corridor backs up well before curtain time, parking runs $15–$25 per car and fills by the time most attendees are arriving, and Wolf Trap’s own show-night shuttle from West Falls Church Metro station stops running about an hour after the last performance ends. That leaves everyone in the lot trying to exit simultaneously.
Groups heading to Capital One Arena in DC — home to the Capitals, Wizards, and major touring artists — can book an Arlington concert bus that covers the 5-mile run up I-66 East without dealing with downtown DC parking or the $35–$50 garage rates near the arena. The same logic applies to The Anthem on the DC Southwest Waterfront. For a night that starts in Clarendon and ends at a venue across the river, a party bus keeps the whole crew together from Wilson Blvd to the front door.

Arlington Corporate Event Transportation
Arlington’s corporate density is concentrated in a few distinct corridors. Crystal City and National Landing — where Amazon’s HQ2 campus anchors a dense cluster of defense contractors, tech firms, and government agencies — sit less than a mile from Reagan National, making this one of the most heavily trafficked business zones in Northern Virginia. Rosslyn adds another commercial layer along the GW Parkway and N Moore Street, and Ballston pushes that density further west along the I-66 corridor.
When you’re running a leadership event, a shuttle circuit between the Westin Arlington Gateway (801 N Glebe Rd) and a DC conference venue, or a client reception that moves between Crystal City and Georgetown, a corporate minibus or charter bus gets your group between stops without anyone coordinating rideshares across I-395 South. That interchange runs well off-peak but becomes a gridlock problem in the 4:30–6:30pm window — a shuttle scheduled around those hours keeps your team on time. For recurring Amazon HQ2 shuttles, government contractor events, or one-time conference transportation between Rosslyn, Courthouse, and Ballston, compare options through Washingtonpartybuscompany.com.
Call 771-251-4830 to discuss group rates!

Arlington Private Event Transportation Services
Arlington’s event calendar runs year-round — from Cherry Blossom season crowds crossing the Memorial Bridge from DC in late March and April, to Pentagon Row summer concerts on Army Navy Drive, to the Clarendon Day festival along Wilson Boulevard each October. A private event bus or minibus keeps your group on one coordinated schedule instead of splitting into cars that all end up in different parking situations.
The Columbia Pike corridor through South Arlington sees consistent event-night congestion that rideshares price around heavily. Anything near Arlington National Cemetery or the Pentagon Memorial on federal holidays and Veterans Day weekend backs up significantly on Memorial Drive. Family outings that split time between the National Mall and Gravelly Point Park — the stretch of the GW Parkway below DCA where planes pass directly overhead on approach — work beautifully as a charter bus loop.
One bus, one schedule, no one stuck in a parking structure while everyone else is already at the next stop. Call 771-251-4830 to build your Arlington private event package!

Arlington Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Arlington County’s public high schools — Washington-Liberty, Yorktown, and Wakefield — hold proms and homecoming events in a tight spring window, typically between late April and mid-May. In Northern Virginia, that overlaps with prom season across Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun counties, which means every party bus and minibus in the DC metro is competing for the same calendar at the same time.
Book by January or February if your prom is in May. Waiting until March or April often means sharply higher rates or zero availability. A typical 5-to-6-hour prom rental for 25–40 Arlington students — school pickup, a photo stop at the Marine Corps War Memorial or along the GW Parkway overlooks, venue drop-off, and after-party return — prices very differently in February versus two weeks before the event.
To give you an idea: a 30-person bus booked four to five months early might run $1,400–$1,900 all-inclusive, while last-minute booking for the same vehicle can land $600–$900 higher. Washingtonpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare prom bus options, confirm your headcount, and get your pricing before the calendar fills. Call 771-251-4830 now!

Arlington School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Arlington’s schools and youth groups can reach some of the most significant destinations in the country in under 30 minutes from almost anywhere in the county. The National Mall’s Smithsonian museums (free admission), Arlington National Cemetery, the Marine Corps War Memorial, and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum are all within a short bus ride of any Arlington school.
There’s an important logistics detail every school trip planner needs to know about Arlington National Cemetery: private vehicles are not permitted to drive through the grounds. All non-ceremony visitors use the cemetery’s own shuttle system, which runs from the Welcome Center at the Memorial Drive entrance. Your group’s bus drops everyone at the Welcome Center and stages nearby while the tour runs.
For National Mall Smithsonian visits, the recommended bus drop-off area runs along Jefferson Drive SW between 7th and 14th Streets, with specific zones depending on which museum you’re visiting. ADA-accessible buses are available — just mention it when you request your quote. One call to 771-251-4830 or a quick online form gets Arlington school event transportation handled.
Teachers appreciate how fast the process is.

Arlington Sporting Event Transportation
Arlington’s central location in the DC metro makes it an ideal staging point for fans heading to any arena or stadium in the region. Capital One Arena — home of the Capitals and Wizards — is about 5 miles from Clarendon via I-66 East, and a charter bus or party bus covers the run without the parking headache: downtown DC parking near the arena runs $30–$50 on event nights, and Metro from Rosslyn or Clarendon puts your group in a packed Orange/Blue line car with bags and gear.
DC United’s Audi Field is accessible down I-395 South from Arlington, and for Nationals fans a bus to Nationals Park keeps your group together for the run toward SE DC instead of dealing with Capitol Hill street parking and the post-game rideshare crunch. For groups wanting the on-the-road tailgate experience, a party bus with an onboard bar and Bluetooth sound makes the ride out part of the event itself. Call 771-251-4830 for an Arlington sporting event bus quote!

Arlington Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Arlington sits at one of the most convenient crossroads in the DC metro for wedding transportation — Georgetown, Old Town Alexandria, the Wharf, and the National Cathedral are all within a 20-minute window from most Arlington neighborhoods. That convenience cuts both ways. If your reception is at the Key Bridge Marriott in Rosslyn (1401 Lee Hwy) or the Westin Arlington Gateway (801 N Glebe Rd) and your guests are staying across three or four different hotels in DC and Northern Virginia, coordinating arrivals across I-66 and I-395 without a dedicated shuttle creates a real logistical problem on the wedding day itself.
A wedding shuttle bus found through Washingtonpartybuscompany.com runs a clean loop between your hotel block and ceremony or reception venue with clear departure windows and one point of contact from first quote to final drop-off. Nobody in your wedding party navigates the Key Bridge one-way approach or walks four blocks from the Crystal City Metro in formal wear. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a popular pick for the bridal party on the day of the ceremony, while a 25- or 35-passenger minibus covers the full guest shuttle loop most efficiently.
Call 771-251-4830 to start planning your wedding transportation timeline!

Arlington Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Northern Virginia wine country starts 25–30 miles west of Arlington along Route 7 and Route 15 in Loudoun County — which puts Leesburg, Bluemont, and the vineyards of the Loudoun Wine Trail within a comfortable round-trip afternoon on a bus. Instead of assigning a non-drinking passenger for the return drive or splitting your group across multiple cars on narrow country roads after dark, a winery tour bus lets everyone participate at every stop.
Closer to home, Clarendon’s walkable bar strip makes an easy pub crawl anchor for groups that want to rent a party bus and keep things in Arlington for the night. Whitlow’s on Wilson (2854 Wilson Blvd), Spider Kelly’s (3181 Wilson Blvd), and The Liberty Tavern (3195 Wilson Blvd) anchor the main stretch, with the Courthouse corridor adding more options heading east. The monthly Crystal City Wine Walk in National Landing draws a different crowd to the open-air streets around Crystal City Underground.
A 15-to-20-passenger party bus with an onboard bar is the right fit for a Loudoun day trip or a Clarendon crawl. Call 771-251-4830 to check availability!

Frequently Asked Questions About Arlington Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Washingtonpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not a bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. Submit the quote form to review pricing and available vehicles for your date, compare the options, and find what fits your group.
What is Washingtonpartybuscompany.com?
Washingtonpartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website for group transportation in the DC metro area. It lets you compare party bus, charter bus, and minibus rentals in Arlington through one online form — so you can weigh prices and options side by side and choose what fits your group, without calling each company separately.
How does Washingtonpartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online form and you’ll see options from transportation providers serving Arlington and Northern Virginia. Compare vehicle photos, amenities, and estimated prices in one place. If you’d rather talk through your options, call 771-251-4830 to get a custom quote built around your exact headcount, travel dates, and itinerary.
How much does a party bus cost in Arlington?
Arlington party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need the bus. To give you an idea: 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Call 771-251-4830 for a free, all-inclusive quote in under 30 seconds for your specific date and trip.
Check out the Arlington party bus prices page for more!
What is the best way to move a large group from Arlington to Reagan National Airport?
The most efficient option is a private bus from your Arlington pickup point directly to the Arrivals or Departures curb at DCA. Your group loads once, there’s undercarriage space for luggage, and the bus pulls to the right terminal without Metro connections or parking garage transfers. DCA is minutes from most Arlington neighborhoods, but I-395 and the GW Parkway can slow things considerably during peak periods — have a confirmed pickup time and the full group ready and assembled before the bus arrives.
Compare Arlington airport transportation options through Washingtonpartybuscompany.com and get the timing worked out in advance. Call 771-251-4830 to get set up!
When is the busiest time of year for Arlington party bus rentals?
Spring is the peak. Northern Virginia prom season runs late April through mid-May and drains available vehicles across the entire DC metro. Cherry Blossom season — typically late March to mid-April — drives enormous visitor traffic into the region and spikes demand for group shuttle transportation around the same window.
Fall also stays busy: Clarendon Day in October, the September–November wedding season, and an active fall concert calendar at Wolf Trap and Capital One Arena all compete for the same inventory. Book at least 3–4 months ahead for spring events and 2–3 months for peak fall dates.
Can a party bus take my group from Arlington to Loudoun wine country and back?
Absolutely. A round-trip wine country run to Loudoun County — typically along Route 7 through Leesburg or Route 15 toward Hillsboro and Bluemont — is one of the most popular private event trips in Northern Virginia. Wine country roads west of Leesburg are narrow in places, so a 15-to-25-passenger bus is the more practical choice over a full-size motorcoach for this kind of itinerary.
Use the online tool or call 771-251-4830 to check availability for your preferred date!
Popular Arlington Party Bus Destinations
An Arlington party bus itinerary can reach some of the most iconic venues in the country — right in Arlington and just across the Potomac in DC. Here are six destinations where having a bus makes the trip significantly smoother than driving yourself.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (1 Aviation Circle, Arlington, VA 22202) is one of the few major US airports located directly inside a residential county, which makes it the most accessible airport in the DC metro and still fully subject to the rush-hour patterns on I-395 and the George Washington Memorial Parkway. The airport handles roughly 25 million passengers annually across three terminals (A, B, and C), each with its own ground transportation curb on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level. Commercial vehicles are directed to terminal-specific pickup lanes — have your full group assembled curbside before the bus arrives, since the Arrivals level at DCA does not permit extended idling.
Groups heading to Crystal City, Pentagon City, or Rosslyn from DCA can reach their hotel in minutes on a private bus — no Metro connections, no luggage transfers through crowded station corridors. Review the official DCA ground transportation guide before arrival to confirm terminal-specific pickup locations. Phone: (703) 417-8000

Arlington National Cemetery
Arlington National Cemetery (1 Memorial Ave, Arlington, VA 22211) receives more than 3 million visitors per year and is one of the most significant destinations for tour groups, school trips, and memorial visits in the entire DC region. Here is the critical logistics detail every group planner needs to know: private vehicles — including charter buses — are not permitted to drive through the cemetery grounds. All visitors enter through the Welcome Center at the Memorial Drive entrance and use the cemetery’s own shuttle system (ANC Tours) to access burial sections, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Memorial Amphitheater, and the Kennedy gravesites.
Your bus drops the group at the Welcome Center and stages nearby while the tour runs. The cemetery is open daily from 8am to 5pm (extended to 7pm during daylight saving time). Group reservation procedures are outlined on the official Arlington National Cemetery planning page.
Phone: (877) 907-8585

Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts
Wolf Trap (1551 Trap Road, Vienna, VA 22182) is the only national park in the United States dedicated to the performing arts, and its Filene Center outdoor season — June through September — draws some of the biggest crowds on the Northern Virginia event calendar. The venue sits at the end of a two-lane road just north of Route 7, and there is exactly one way in and one way out. Parking runs $15–$25 per car and fills fast on sell-out nights.
Wolf Trap operates a show-night shuttle from West Falls Church Metro station, but it stops running about an hour after the last performance ends, leaving every attendee in the lot at the same time. A party bus or charter bus gets your group from Arlington to Vienna in about 20–25 minutes via I-66 West and picks up on your schedule — not the shuttle’s. Confirm parking and shuttle details on the official Wolf Trap getting-here page before your show date.
Phone: (703) 255-1900

Clarendon
Clarendon’s concentrated bar and restaurant scene along Wilson Boulevard — between N Kirkwood Road and N Irving Street — is the closest thing Arlington has to a dedicated nightlife district, and on Friday and Saturday nights the neighborhood fills fast. The parking decks at Clarendon Center fill by 9pm on busy weekends, street parking is mostly two-hour restricted and quickly claimed at night, and the surrounding residential blocks are permit-only. A party bus drops your group near the Clarendon Metro area and stages on the surrounding streets so there’s no scramble between venues.
Whitlow’s on Wilson (2854 Wilson Blvd), Spider Kelly’s (3181 Wilson Blvd), and The Liberty Tavern (3195 Wilson Blvd) anchor the main strip, with additional options running toward Courthouse. When the night wraps up, the bus is already there — no surge pricing, no splitting up the group to find separate rides home. Call 771-251-4830 to set up your Clarendon night!

Capital One Arena
Capital One Arena (601 F St NW, Washington, DC 20004) is home to the Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards, and a major touring event calendar — and it sits about 5 miles from Rosslyn via I-66 East and the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge. On game and concert nights, nearby parking runs $35–$50 on event nights and fills fast, while the rideshare crunch after events backs up along F Street for blocks. The closest bus drop-off area is on K Street NW between 8th and 9th Streets NW, about a 6–8 minute walk from the arena entrance — which beats hunting for a garage spot or waiting on a post-event rideshare in the middle of downtown DC traffic.
The full Capital One Arena bus rental guide covers detailed drop-off and parking logistics. For groups coming from Crystal City, Ballston, or Rosslyn, one charter bus or party bus from Arlington beats the packed Metro ride every time. Phone: (202) 628-3200

Marine Corps War Memorial
The Marine Corps War Memorial (Arlington, VA 22209) — known universally as the Iwo Jima Memorial — sits just off Marshall Drive in North Arlington, within walking distance of the Rosslyn Metro and with a direct sightline across the Potomac to the DC skyline. Bus parking is available in the lot adjacent to the memorial near the Netherlands Carillon. The Sunset Parade, hosted by Marine Barracks Washington, takes place at the memorial on Tuesday evenings through the summer (June–August), with gates opening at 6:30pm — one of the most striking free public events in all of Northern Virginia.
Groups visiting for the Sunset Parade should arrive early, as the staging area fills well before gates open. Check current Sunset Parade dates and protocols on the official Marine Barracks Washington Sunset Parade page before your visit. A charter bus or minibus can loop your group from here to Arlington National Cemetery and back to DC in a single coordinated afternoon or evening.
